The President, Bola Tinubu, is alleged to have approved a special presidential initiative to lessen the cost of transportation during Yuletide season.
According to Tribuneonline in its X (formerly Twitter handle), the President is alleged to be working with luxury bus companies in the country to reduce their prices by 50% during Christmas festival.

It has also declared movement during the period by train along the existing routes free of charge to enable Nigerians willing to travel to do so with less financial strain, the paper reports.
