Quincy Jones, a leading music producer has died at the age of 91. His death on Sunday night of November 3, 2024, was announced on Morning in Los Angeles, USA.

When it comes to music, the late Jones has been regarded as one of the global music industry’s greatest producers.

In actual fact, what made late Michael Jackson tick was Jones mastery of the act. He contributed substantially to the success trajectory of the Pop King himself, He worked with him in the ‘Off the Wall,’ ‘Thriller’ and ‘Bad.’ projects. No need to add that he earned part of the credit for the the unprecedented success of ‘Thriller,’ which has sold more than 100 million copies since 1984.

The legend has many multi award-winning albums to his own personal credit, Some of his most outstanding works included ‘Back On The Block,’ ‘The ‘Dude,’ and ‘Sounds…Stuff Like That’ (featuring the soul-funk hit track ‘Stuff Like That,’ which introduced me to the icon’s music as a secondary school student in 1978). He also partnered with other music greats like Frank Sinatra, Barry White, Al B. Sure, James Ingram, Will Smith, Ray Charles, Chaka Khan, plus a long list of others
