On Sunday, 18th May, 2025, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, GRA, Awka, Anambra State hosted friends, relations, colleagues in media industry, gurus in Public Relations, fellow members of Knight of St. John International and Parishioners, well wishers of Lady Chinwe Nnedum, FNIPR, JP as she celebrated her 75th birthday anniversary.
Some of her guests came from Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Aba, Enugu and within Anambra State. Many living outside Nigeria – America, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, South Africa, etc sent her goodwill and birthday messages, wishing her many happy returns.
The celebrant, fondly called Miridoroedo, has touched lives, has added rich values to humanity and institutions. As the Managing Director of the state owned Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), she put her rich expertise and management acumen into work. Not only that she breathed life into the station but revived her out station in Onitsha and Lagos office. The revenue ABS realized during her tenue made the station self-reliant, and instead of depending on the state government for the staff monthly salaries, the ugly narrative was changed as staff salaries were paid as and when due.
As we celebrate this personified Public Relations on her 75th birth, we thank God for her life and lives of those she has touched and will continue to touch, may she continue to live strong, live long and life fulfilled.
